I have a rough background and Bill spent hours explaining and walking me through all the financial stuff, what is possible with a VA loan, what are good decisions when buying a home, what things not to do.. Once we found the house I loved, every issue that came up already had a solution by the time Bill or Kelyn contacted me, I just had to sign off on it..
