Crazy this place has 1.7 but has the ability to even speak about their findings or recommendations on someone experiencing the battle of dcyf. They said I wouldn’t be able to parent my children because I cannot see what I did wrong to loose my children in the 1st place and that I was wrong to place blame on the department because I wasn’t a victim. If I could give this place a zero star I would I paid $1425 a few days before my first appointment. Weeks before my appointment Erin, kept telling me to send money or else they wouldn't be able to help our family for three more months. (That should have been my first red flag). Get ready for prince of Nigeria level scam with this place. Not only are their psychologists incompetent but they are border line illiterate. Any time frame they tell you, double it. If you provide them documents they will lose them (this includes medical documents). Invoices, if you ever get them, will include almost no data. Reports will be so poorly written your jaw will drop. $1900 retainer from which they pull $190 every HOUR! All I wanted to do was see my son, and these people want to fund their entire life off of it. Absolute vultures. Person I spoke with was extremely rude.
