Can't trust this dentist. 0 cavities in my life before I went to this dentist. Trusted them at their word and got a filling. Next cleaning after that... 3 more cavities. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told I had 0 cavities. They justified the fillings by saying "they liked to take care of them early" but it felt to me like they were just trying to upsell me.
I gave this dentist 3 attempts before leaving a review because I don’t like to give negative reviews after maybe an off day. But after knowing this dentist for about a year and a half, I fully understand why they have so many 1 star reviews. I typically love going to the dentist and getting cleanings. I’ve had a few different insurances and moved a bit, so I’ve had maybe 5-6 dentists in my lifetime, and never had a bad time until now. This place is an awful place. They made permanent damage to my tooth after a filling and cleaning. The hygienist is so unprofessional and removed my filling on the same day it was done. Because of pain and sensitivity, I went there again. The doctor said it was caused by nerve damage to my tooth during the filling. From having no issues with my teeth, I cannot eat anything without discomfort and pain
Hygienist was rough with my cleaning (aggressively scraped at my enamel) and also pushed religion on me and told me to get a bible. Totally unprofessional and inappropriate.
