Outstanding work and service
Overall, I had a great experience with the service manager, Mitch. After a few complications, Mitch rectified the situation and went above and beyond what most businesses would do. I would definitely recommend and use ESL again.
This is a top notch company with courteous, competent and able personnel, from the people in the office who coordinate the details of a job with the customer (ie date, time, scope of work, etc) to the trades people in the field that perform the work (electricians, technicians, and service manager). I will call on them again in the future should I need more electrical work done.
