I have been very satisfied with Dr. Hsu and his Dental Assistants since I became a patient there about 20 years ago. They are very careful and have expertise in many areas of dentistry. Dr Hsu and his team saved my gums many years ago. I am always confident of receiving the best possible care, and clear explanations, every time I go for a cleaning, exam and/or treatment. Had dental fillings on all 8 of my molars here in 2017, Dr. Hsu flattened all the surfaces and caused it extremely difficult for me to chew on hard things, my TMJs are getting worse because of the overtired jaw muscles. Natural teeth have grooves and bumps which not only helps with the occlusion but also helps grind food. I was very hesitated at the suggestion given by Dr. Hsu’s to grind off my natural grooves at that time, but he continued pursuading me into doing it so that he can make more money. Very amazing customer service and a great front dest highly recommend this place it's in a complex with multiple different dentists in it so don't get confused with all the other ones
Sad this dentist turned into a sales man…:( I missed an appt because I lost my phone for a day had no way to contact now he says he’ll see me only if I pay a $75 fee… also said I’ve missed appts a lot/ no show - please tell me the dates for all of these missed appointments because if anything I commute an hour to make all of my appointments to see you all… he was great 10 years ago not anymore extracted my tooth and never put a bridge in for me that caused my teeth to shift….
