Victor Chavez helped us fulfill me and my family's dream in owning a home. He helped us along the whole journey, even working late nights. He explained everything well, answered any questions we had, and even fought for our approval(we had a unique situation). Would 100% recommend.
Professional is quite the overstatement when describing this realtor. I had the displeasure to work with Victor Chavez. He was really doing the barest of minimum when we were trying to find and get into our first home, from when we had to have a home inspector come out more than once and we had to foot the bill of the first visit because the people that originally sold it to us never opened the place up for the inspector to come through to do his job which he didnt do a very good job to begin with he didn't check the crawl s... read more
