My experience with NW Builder Group was positive. Pricing: 5. They used the software that matches the price with my insurance, so no pricing issues were found. Quality: 4. The work was done as per requested, nothing was missing. They matched the paint and used the tiles as requested. There were some minor blemishes. Process: 4. Most of the process was very smooth. They are excellent on communication. Excellent pricing and excellent service. I couldn't ask for a better professional team. Easy to get a hold of. Work is top notch quality. I have already started recommending this company.
Im sure their work is good but their drivers are texting on the freeway and endangering others in a company vehicle or one clearly labeled one, representing the organization. If thata acceptable or normal then may be some other ethical issues.
NW Builders did a phenomenal job putting our house back together, rebuilding two baths and a home office and making things better than new! Thx to Erick and his crew, and Brian for working with excellence at pace!
