NW Builder Group remodeled my entire primary bathroom. In addition to repairs and remodeling, they are experts at documenting costs for insurance claims after unexpected damage to your home. Taylor was my first point of contact and was always helpful and responsive. Brian, the project manager, then became my main contact for coordinating the entire project. NW Builder group handled the GC duties of our reconstruction after a water leak. They did an amazing job, listened to all of our concerns, added scope at a very reasonable price. All this and we hit our original schedule to move back into our home. I can’t say enough good things about them. Taylor was great, Parker was awesome, all the contractors they used were amazing! The whole team gets a big ole thank you, we’re happy to be home again!
Their phones don’t seem to work after they’ve been paid in full. A final walk through was never done; my new hardwood floors are buckled. They’re chipped. Outlet plate missing. Base board cut too short! It’s been 2 weeks. I’ve sent photos. I have sent text messages and emails. Nothing! No response!
