I just had a massage for the first time at NW Bliss Spa in Normandy Park. My massage therapist was Amy, and I can tell you she is knows her stuff. By the time I left my 90 minute session, I was like jelly. When I arrived, my muscles felt stiff and tense. When I left was so relaxed. Amy worked the knots out of my shoulders and back, where I hold a lot of stress. She walked on my back, that was a first, it was incredible. She also used the hot rocks. Had an amazing session with Cindy, lots of power to her touch but there was also light touch that brought a lot more to the surface not just thr deep tissue. Was my first visit won't be my last!
Great massage at a good price! My lower back was so painful, but I felt much better after a 90 min deep tissue massage with Amy. I'll definitely come back.
I had shoulder pain and my friend recommended this massage shop to me. I had a deep massage and I was very satisfied with the solution to my problem. I will come back again!
