Best auto body shop around! Did quality evaluations on my dodge, and fixed her up so it was safe for my babies to be in! Wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Michelle’s customer service is awful. I got in an accident where the other party was liable so Progressive decided to go through NW Autobody. My car was done and ready for pickup Yesterday and I wasn’t told that I had to pick up my vehicle within 24 hours of my vehicle being finished. She called me at 2:47pm yesterday to let me know my car was finished so when I spoke with her I told her that the only way I can get my car is my boyfriend dropping me off due to only having one other vehicle at the moment.
