Small shop, good work. Happy with the results after I was hit in the back.
My headlights was pointing straight down on my car I couldn't see at night took the car in it was done within an hour, the front desk lady was very nice and the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I would highly recommend Northwest Auto.
Customer service is a SOLID 10! The young gal who is a service writer is terrific! Very professional, calming demeanor, and communicates beautifully. My car was a little late with completion, but she kept me informed so it wasn't a big deal.
To start off with, My car ended up being totaled by Insurance. This was the shop my insurance recommended. I didn't think I'd have a positive experience but thanks NW Auto. The shop was fast and transparent about the total loss inspection for my insurance company. Communication was on point, estimates were quick.
