Had my mazda3 repaired here and the team did an amazing job! Even swapped my battery out no charge. Updates were texted frequently and service was quick and simple.
Got my windshield replaced at the same time with my insurance claim with State Farm. They offered glass service too, which is great and a reasonable price. Great communication throughout the whole process. They did delay my date out 2 additional days due to some parts being delayed, but no biggie they updated me. Very reasonable pricing compared to other places I went for an estimate to be done. Actually, the best price tbh. I saved at least half of what another place wanted from me, and they actually explained what they recommended to be done instead of just diving in and asking as much as they can. Very honest company that was I can see from them. I like everyone that I was able to contact with. They are very nice people. Highly recommend using them if you need service. IT was a pleasure working with NW Auto Collision. The staff carefully explain to me all that was needed to be done and answered all the questions I have. I felt safe leaving my car for repairs. The result was so amazing and I am very happy and satisfied with the work done. This is a honest company and I would highly recommend them.
