Excellent service, great experience all around. Would definitely rent from these folks again and I encourage anyone who wants a smooth, pleasant, effective process to do the same.
The rental was amazing and I would do it again. -1/2 star for hidden sanitation fee upon pick-up. I don't mind paying it, just prefer it was in the price quote to start with.
Julie and the folks at NW Adventure were great! I planned a camping trip w/ my son. This was our first camping trip with a travel trailer. I looked on Outdoorsy and RV share and had bad experiences with both bc reserving a trailer was so difficult due to poor communication with the owners of the trailer. What a great business! This was the first time we have traveled in an RV. NW Adventure Rentals provided a very clean, very mechanically sound 27-foot RV. The rental was straightforward, and instructions on use of the vehicle and all its systems -- electric, fresh water, propane, and waste -- were super clear and helpful, especially for a first-time RV-er. The return process was easy and smooth. And the people were super nice! We are already planning a second RV trip to the Oregon Coast and will return to NW Adventure . . .
