It was so easy to rent an RV from here. Julie was very kind and responsive, even on Sunday for my urgent question! There was no hidden fee or anything. My family made such a fantastic memory on this RV. The RV had literally all the things you would need for camping (except foods and firewood, of course), and everything worked fine. I decided to buy one because everyone in my family loved it. The deposit was returned on Monday noon (I returned it on Sunday evening), too, so I can call it a perfect experience.
Customer service is very responsive and accommodating.
We recently rented an RV from NW Adventure Rentals for our first trip, and the experience was fantastic. As first-timers, we had many questions, but the team were incredibly patient and thorough in explaining all the details. Special thanks to the manager Julie who went above and beyond, allowing us to pick up the RV a couple of hours early and return it later than the scheduled drop-off time, which helped us plan our trip much better. First time renter... I was very impressed. Staff was always responsive, very kind, the RV was in perfect shape, just enough instruction to not overwhelm and locations to learn more at your own pace. I'll definitely rent from again.
