If you're Military or Vet, give this company a chance you won't regret it. Great customer service is their top priority. Great deals (compared to other companies) on equipment and work cost. They have a top-notch reputation throughout WA. I live 2 hours away and was told to go to them by a repair company. Well worth the time and distance for what they will do for people.
Went in to the shop for 8 different things to put on my truck that would cost $12000 which was totally fine by me. Halfway during my talk with the front desk gentlemen, he took a call. Stood there for about 15 mins waiting for him to finish. What happen to customer service and first come first serve. They lost my business due to lack of customer service. The last front desk gentlemen was awesome but he left. Wish he still worked there. They could have made a big profit but I'll take my business elsewhere.
Had a spray in bed liner done @NW4x4. These guys do excellent work! Quality is on point, no hassle scheduling, and they were prompt and accurate with the service time. I would highly recommend this shop if you need anything coated or upgraded on your truck, jeep or wheeler. This is the only shop I will call on in the future.
They did a wonderful job with the bed liner spray and tonneau cover. The job was very clean and timely. Staff did a great job explaining the covers and providing options. They answered my questions and made me feel informed with my purchase. Scheduling was easy and they had good availability to fit my schedule. I would highly recommend them!
Went in to inquire about suspension/lift kit for my rig. The gentleman and I chatted for about half an hour. He said he would need some time to do more research on what my truck would need. I gave him information. Guess he forgot about me. I haven't heard anything back. Nice guy, though.
