I have been with Nav for more than 5 years and she has been treating me and my skin brilliantly. My skin has improved so much from Day 1 till now and looking back I cant thank her enough. I have used Nav to help with my pigmentation and darkness below my eyes . I was surprised that she treated my problem that I struggled with for long time . I now have a flawless skin at the age of 42 and I get comments that I look in my early 30s. I highly recommend Nav for skin treatment and for fat captivation too .
As a client of 5 years, I can highly recommend the professional customer service provided by Nav, from massage and facials to nails and pedicure. She is a worthy finalist in the local business awards and should win alone for providing the best head massage in the west. I continue to use her service even though I’ve left the area. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I went in for a dermaplanning treatment, something I’ve had done regularly at another clinic for over a year without any issues, zero redness or irritation. Unfortunately, my usual specialist was away, so I decided to try this salon after seeing their 5-star reviews. What a huge mistake. I've been coming to this skin and body clinic for couple of years and I must say, it is the best in Melbourne. Nav is amazing and really does all treatments to perfection. Really recommend this clinic 100%.
