Carlos is great. I did a lot of research on my stereo before finally making a purchase. When I finally decided to make my purchase, most of the items were backordered. When everything finally came in, we had some problems with some of the equipment but after speaking with Carlos about the issues, he shipped me more expensive equipment at no extra charge.
