These people gave my sister the run around during settlement because she didn’t use their lender. Our appointment was at 2pm and we didn’t get the keys until after 5pm. They claimed that the financier didn’t sent confirmation of payment, however the bank sent confirmation at 9:32am. It’s 2025, you’re telling me that they couldn’t find an email that was sent earlier in the day?
