This was my first time purchasing a home with Ryan homes who utilizes NVR mortgage. I was assigned to Robert Lyncott and at first everything was great. He was very helpful and explained the process of utilizing the VA loan and the mortgage amount. After o was approved for the loan I did not hear from Robert much. The customer service is abysmal. They make you feel like you are bothering them. As if you are not allowed to ask clarifying questions. They don’t answer definitely, they speak extra fast to rush you off the phone, they cut you off, they speak to you as if you’re dumb, they are seriously delayed in responding to emails, if they even respond at all. He answered every question promptly and returned every phone call. Jesse Toledo was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire experience.
