I wish I could give 0 stars. NVR Mortgage has been a nightmare to work with. We recently purchased a new home in Tennessee. The builder was offering incentives to use NVR Mortgage. So we decided to go with them, a decision that we regret. They asked us to provide requested documents multiple times. We recently purchased a home in Tennessee. We went with NVR Mortgage because the builder offered buyer incentives for using NVR Mortgage. Working with NVR Mortgage was a terrible experience for us. We have bought and sold several homes over the years, and we have never had such a bad experience with any of the mortgage companies we have worked with.
