My experience with NVR Motgage, has been amazing. I have worked in the customer service industry my entire life, so I know and recognize and appreciate great customer service. Ryan Homes/ NVR Mortgage is an abysmal company. The lack of communication and competence of these staff members are off the charts! The customer service is horrendous, they will never take accountability for their actions. I am out of $2,200 because the Columbia South Carolina team had poor communication, constantly resubmitting the same paperwork and not hearing back from the loan officer for 2 sometimes 3 weeks. The team at NVR made my home buy process easy. Jane, Riley, and Paul stayed devoted to making sure that I was comfortable at all times. They answered every question that I had. They called me back whenever a call went unanswered, and the replied to every email. They truly madr the home buying process fun. Thank you to the whole NVR team and Ryan Homes.
Sitting at my closing - settlement statement wrong. I told them this yesterday and they assured me it was all fixed. Had wrong amount for Hoa fees and amt for prepaid HOA. They and atty scrambling around right now to resolve it. Amazing how we got them everything they needed weeks in advance and now we ask for info from them and they don't have it. Advice push for settlement statement early enough so things can get rectified before closing.
