Worst home buying loan experience ever! Not even close. We have purchase multiple homes over the years and all have been a breeze. We went with NVR due to incentive from Ryan homes to use their lending. In hindsight there is no incentive amount great enough to deal with these people. Rarely respond to text or emails and request info multiple times. Seems very unorganized and sketchy. Some of the documents they ask for are redundant of other documents they have.
