Installed equipment works fine. Zero customer service. Zero instructions on how to use BRAND NEW DIFFERENT equipment, Zero interest in showing me when asked. Just a bunch of "no-it-alls".... Try talking to someone who cares for the pool instead of someone who only uses it when troubleshooting a problem called in, while the problem still exists after the fact... EDIT: as everyone can see from their reply, this is not a serious "company" to waste your money on
NV Pools provides exceptional customer service, attention to detail and communication! I love that they are super knowledgeable, and they really go above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!
