I had a generally positive experience during my Invisalign treatment for a cross bite, but the retainer process has been disappointing. I've been in the retainers since mid-2024 and the left side of my bite still does not quite close. Each visit they've had an orthodontist check the bite and retainer fit and make recs, and then they've scheduled me to come back in a few months' time. That's been no problem - until today. The office and staff are great, but do NOT get their "permanent" bottom retainer. I made the mistake of getting it for both my daughters and one broke almost immediately and then the other broke just outside of a year. I wish I would have gone somewhere else to have had that part done.
I have been a loyal patient at NVO Orthodontics for years and always had wonderful experiences with Dr. Itani and a few others. Because of that, I’ve recommended countless friends and family to this practice. But my most recent visit was the worst experience I’ve ever had here. The new staff, Megan and Molly, completely mishandled my care. Hayley P and Dr Robb are the BOMB!!! They always go above and beyond to make sure that we are comfortable and informed. Plus, they’re just awesome people and a pleasure to be around. Both clearly love what they do and it shines through in their work.
I had a phenomenal experience here. Everyone was super friendly, charismatic, and extremely skilled at what they do. I definitely plan to come back in the future.
