I can't believe I'm writing a review for an orthodontist, but this is an exceptional experience (especially for those revisiting our orthodontia as adults). Excellent care from initial consult, to efficiency with insurance, payment options, and picking up the kit. It's been a high-tech wonderland, and Value for Money at every step. Huge thank you to Dr. Robb, Dr. Itani, and the entire team at NVO. My Invisalign journey started in January 2025, and I just received my retainer today. From the beginning, everyone was welcoming, supportive, and easy to work with. I especially liked using the Smile Doctors app for weekly at-home scans; it made the process really convenient. Their new office in McLean is amazing. They have massage chairs and even a mocktail bar for patients. The office is so chic stylish and clean. the consultation room is so high tech too! excited to be coming here!
