Disclaimer: my experience was in 2021-22 at the Tysons location; the practice called after I posted my review to let me know they've since reduced the number of doctors at each location. They’re perfectly fine orthodontists. But the atmosphere is not my cup of tea, and the overall level of service feels more like a patient assembly line than a proper doctor/patient relationship. NVO has been my orthodontic clinic for the past few years. I liked all the dentists I met (and especially Dr. Rob) and the clinical staffs at Reston, Fairfax, and Arlington. But the front desk staff (I guess she is newly hired) at NVO McLean is just clumsy and very unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to accommodate the individual patients’ clinical needs and conditions in particular when scheduling the next visits. I can't believe I'm writing a review for an orthodontist, but this is an exceptional experience (especially for those revisiting our orthodontia as adults). Excellent care from initial consult, to efficiency with insurance, payment options, and picking up the kit. It's been a high-tech wonderland, and Value for Money at every step. NVO is incredible! I am thankful for the staff at this location who make it a friendly experience. Particularly- Molli at the front desk was very welcoming. Will be back!
