Wonderful customer service and a beautifully calming experience.
I have been having laser hair removal done off & on at various locations across the Triangle for years, but never knew how painless it could be until now. As a person of color I was led to believe that the process would always be a bit uncomfortable due to me having dark corse hair, however NVIV proved that to be a myth. If you’ve ever been hesitant about doing lasers because you’ve horror stories, this is your spot!
Fantastic customer service and selection of services. Super knowledgeable and caring staff. I feel like family and not just a number here. If you're looking to better your appearance AND the way you feel, you need to make NVIV a part of your wellness routine.
Provider was very professional, timely and provided great service. Their location is very convenient to get too and the office is clean & beautiful. I Highly recommend this company.
I had an amazing experience at NVIV. I got a laser hair removal treatment on my under arms. Kristin was very gentle and gave great customer service. I have had laser hair removal at another facility in the past and experienced a lot of discomfort during the procedure but today, I had minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend NVIV for laser hair removal!
