Do not waste your time here. The optometrist is money hungry and kept going on about what tests I should get (which was not needed) and explained how expensive each machine cost. I waited 6weeks for a call for my glasses which I followed up on for them to tell me they hadn’t processed it as their system was down at the time and then went on to say I hadn’t selected my frames which was a lie. DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will get Ripped Off!!
I wanted to share my experience with this clinic. At first, I ordered a pair of glasses with a specific colour for the price of $110. When I went to pick up the glasses, they told me that it would be $200 for the specific colour, which was confusing and that to order it the waiting time would be 3 to 4 weeks. I feel like I was treated unfairly by certain staff members because I needed the glasses asap, and the process of ordering the glasses was unprofessional and very disappointing.

Honestly always such a lovely environment and everyone is kind there. Super understanding of struggling financials of a single mum and truly cares for his patients and wants the best for them. Nicholas does an amazing job explaining everything as you go without making you feel dumb.
Had an emergency situation where some gel went into my eye. I’m already an anxious eye patient (can’t stand even touching my eye). I was a panicked frenzy too but Dr Nicholas was super helpful and reassuring. He completed thorough tests and explained everything so clearly. 10/10 will be seeing Dr Nicholas again!
