I started a new build with NVM homes back in September. I worked with their lender as well for my loan approval. The process has been challenging. NVM homes made me put more than 10% down as earnest money and I had a hard time receiving a loan approval but some how the lender pushed it through. I pointed out to the loan officer she had wrong balances on my current mortgage and was telling me not to worry about it until spring. This is over 100k difference.
