BUYER BEWARE!! NV Homes' business model appears to be to build as fast as they can with defective materials and unskilled labor and hope the buyer doesn't find out. Our experience with NV Homes has been TERRIBLE. Houses WAY WAY overpriced. Construction oversight and quality control almost non existent. Crawl spaces allowed to fill with water, mud and mold.
