Beautiful homes and a lovely neighborhood with many amenities. Just 10 minutes to the beach. Rt. 54 and coastal highway.
My husband and I are so excited about our new home purchase in the Estuary! The community, amenities, model and homesite turned out to be the perfect combination that we were looking for in a 2nd home and future home to retire.
Poor Clubhouse acoustics.
BUYER BEWARE!! NV Homes' business model appears to be to build as fast as they can with defective materials and unskilled labor and hope the buyer doesn't find out. Our experience with NV Homes has been TERRIBLE. Houses WAY WAY overpriced. Construction oversight and quality control almost non existent. Crawl spaces allowed to fill with water, mud and mold. Floors buckling. Trusses broken upon delivery and put up broken. NV Homes lies about repairs to these trusses. Our truss is so badly broken the roof is caving in. The sale... read more
