Today December 23, 2025 I had the opportunity to work with a gentleman by the name of Will Ford. Will was responsible for my walk-through before settlement. He was so kind and so knowledgeable, with Extreme attention to details!! Beautiful homes and a lovely neighborhood with many amenities. Just 10 minutes to the beach. Rt. 54 and coastal highway.
My husband and I are so excited about our new home purchase in the Estuary! The community, amenities, model and homesite turned out to be the perfect combination that we were looking for in a 2nd home and future home to retire.
Poor Clubhouse acoustics.
