The operations team was great during the build, house is solid, the Warranty team and others are responsive and helpful. You might be thinking, why the two star rating? Today December 23, 2025 I had the opportunity to work with a gentleman by the name of Will Ford. Will was responsible for my walk-through before settlement. He was so kind and so knowledgeable, with Extreme attention to details!! By the time he had finished the walk-through, I had absolutely no questions because he had answered everything that I could possibly think of for my new home.
