Building our home with NVHomes was a pure joy. Very organized professional Team including PJ in sales, Nick at project site as well as great mortgage team. Pretty much every single person involved was courteous and professional. Having dealt with builders before, NVHomes is definitely on the top of our list. Quality of craftsmanship deserves a separate shout-out! Thank you!
I didn't like 😕 the seclusion of Fawn Lake and the long distance from daily necessities like groceries and other services. Keep looking 👀 for better quality of life options ✨️ 👌 😊
We just had our walk through. Nick and Lisa and the Fawn Lake team did a great job.Nick was very efficient in showing us where everything was and explaining everything. We can’t wait to move in!
This is our first new construction build and we could not have been in better hands than with PJ and Nick! PJ helped us find the best design and fit for our family among all the decisions to make. He was very organized and laid out each step of the process up front, but was still available to reach back to each time we had a question. We are thrilled to be in Fawn Lake and our new NV home. We have lived in an NV home for nearly 20 years in the NoVA area and knew they were exceptionally built. Had none of the issues some neighbors had with cheap construction, roof leaks, poor craftsmanship, etc. When we learned NV was building here we came down and fell in love with the neighborhood and the first level owners suite offered by NV.
