I placed a Stearns & Foster mattress order on 5/23. I received text and email confirmation that it was in the NVC Louisiana location warehouse and to call to schedule delivery on 6/2. Today is 6/24 and I have YET to receive my mattress, but what I have received? THE BILL!!!! Each time I have called I have been told that I would receive a return call the same evening or the following day, still waiting. I had a delivery this morning of my tempur pedic bed this morning in great neck ny. March 17 I have to say the delivery was spot on and on time thank you.
Seamless communication with NVC Logistics and delivery service arrived at scheduled time.
Posted on 12/10/24 I ordered a Sealy Mattress from Sealy. And it was delivered by NVC Logistics Group, the delivery service I received was better than awesome words can't explain. I received a call 1hr before, from one of the delivery drivers before my schedule delivery time. I didn't know what to say but thank you so much, upon there arrival the driver came, and checked out where the mattress was going to be placed. And before he came in the house he removed his shoes. After reading all the bad reviews I was so worried about the delivery! We live in the second story house and I was afraid they will just leave it on the stairs or come at the wrong time... ( was reading bad reviews and had bad experiences with other delivery company)... but they were amazing! Manny and his coworker came right on time, gave me a reasonable time frame and a 20 minute notice when they came in.
