I appreciated the continual notices from NVC - by both text and Email- regarding my delivery. I called to give special instructions for delivery and it was passed onto the driver. They gave me. Time frame for delivery and then called me a half hour before delivery to say they were on their way. The delivery people were friendly, fast, and efficient. An overall positive experience.
Quick on time and efficient
I'm really disappointed. They didn't install our base and didn't pick up our old bed.
I placed a Stearns & Foster mattress order on 5/23. I received text and email confirmation that it was in the NVC Louisiana location warehouse and to call to schedule delivery on 6/2. Today is 6/24 and I have YET to receive my mattress, but what I have received? THE BILL!!!! Each time I have called I have been told that I would receive a return call the same evening or the following day, still waiting. The one time I did receive a return call it was to schedule delivery for 7 days later!!! I asked for my order to be escalate... read more
I had a delivery this morning of my tempur pedic bed this morning in great neck ny. March 17 I have to say the delivery was spot on and on time thank you.
