On the day of the cleaning, Marvin arrived right on time and did an excellent job making our carpets look fresh and spotless. I contacted NVB Carpet Cleaning to take care of the carpets in the large kitchen, family room, and entryway of the house we're moving into. They did an outstanding job! The technician, Derek, called me about thirty minutes before he arrived and showed up right on time. He carefully looked over the carpets and gave extra attention to spots that needed it most, and there were quite a few.
