I really appreciate Nolan. I spent hours trying to clean a 1200 sq ft apartment carpet with a commercial machine, but the results still were not good enough. Then I called Nvb Carpet Cleaning, and Nolan was able to lift several tough stained areas and bring the carpet back up to a much better standard. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service for several reasons. Marvin arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. There was some confusion at first about the quoted price and the final billing, but after I spoke with the manager, everything was reviewed and handled. I appreciated that they took the time to straighten it out and make sure the charges were addressed... read more
