Leonard arrived right on time, was courteous and professional, and clearly explained the carpet cleaning process before getting started. He did an excellent job on my carpet, especially in the heavily stained areas caused by my puppy. After the deep cleaning, the carpet looked refreshed, almost like new, with the spots gone and no lingering odor.
