I came in for a pedicure one afternoon on my lunch break and ended up getting my nails done. I had previosly worn acrylics but had a very bad experience and was concerned about the products being used. Jamie took the time to thouroughly explain the differences in products and the differences between gel and acrylic. I learned so much! That was 3 years ago. I love spending time with Jamie! Its always a good time and shes always learning! I highly recommend her to anyone wanting their nails to look their best!

NEVER NEVER NEVER go to NV salon, once they get your money you will never get a booked app. they will cancel over and over making excuse after excuse they are scam artists!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service this lady is an extreme PSYCHO!! make an app. at the City spa and nails on coburg rd!

I would never recommend this salon to anyone. In fact, I've been telling everyone not to go there. My coworker and I purchased the Living Social coupon with the hopes of getting our hair cut, a manicure and pedicure together. The deal expired in late December. We both booked our appointments in September, mine was for November 26th, and my coworker booked hers for December 12th. I've been to see Jamie at NV a few times and have nothing but great things to say about her and her staff. My nails always look great and I always look forward to our visits! I think it's terrible what Living Social (and LS customers are saying) she was never paid by that company but she gets a bad rep? That's just not right. Received a Living Social Deal as a gift for a manicure & pedicure for NV Salon & Spa. Called to make an appointment within 3 weeks of the expiration date and they told me they were booked out and would not honor the coupon. Jamie was not pleasant on the phone and was very short when I questioned not being able to use the coupon. TOTAL CRAP! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I love this place! It's incredibly cozy and everyone was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I bought a Groupon for a manicure & Pedicure but I didn't expect the quality of work Jamie gave me. Honestly the best manicure & pedicure of my life! I can't wait to go back!

I have been going to Jamie for over a year and have always been very happy with her work. Prior to seeing Jamie, i'd tried several techs at several different salons and always had issues with chipping or lifting or even nails being applied crooked. I decided to give it one more shot based on several recommendations I received and I am glad i did. She's a true artist.
