Good experience. Deanne was one of the only smash repairs to respond. Working in a government environment, they were more than happy to communicate via email unlike others. I was unable to pick the car up on day of completion amd they were good enough to lock it away. Really good experience amd will use them again.
Did an insurance repair here, noticed a fault with the part after it had been painted and fitted and Jacko sorted out another replacement at their expense. Flawless, friendly above and beyond service.
These guys worked on my new Ford Wildtrack and did an exceptional job..I would highly recommend them. Very friendly and cooperative, I actually had to move my appointment several times and they were very accomodating and easy to deal with.
