So disappointed to drive all the way down here during the hours listed on their website only to find it was closed. We showed up 2 hours before close and it looked as if they had been closed all day! Lights off, doors locked, nobody answering the phone. To add insult to injury the “Open” sign was illuminated and staring at us and the (clearly inaccurate) store hours hanging in the window. Her creativity and professionalism made the process stress-free, and she was always available to answer my questions. Amir, the project manager, was equally fantastic and kept everything on schedule. It's team profamance highly recommend.
I walked in looking for hardware for my basement bar and Victor was extremely helpful. He helped me select handles and knobs and directed me as to some great resources. If you are looking for great customer service and knowledgeable advice I suggest you make your way here!
