Edit: NV Heating and Cooling were able to secure the permit to get the inspection performed. The work done was good and passed inspection, just wish the permitting process had been done correctly from the beginning and had not been so much work to get done. They installed our a/c May 2022 and to date have not been able to communicate with someone that will follow through in completing the work. Be careful when hiring NV Heating and Cooling, LLC. They installed our a/c May 2022 and to date have not been able to communicate with someone that will follow through in completing the work. It appears that NO real permits were obtained prior to the work being performed and the permit sticker placed 6 months later on our electrical panel when we realized this does not exist in our county. I reported that my Reme Halo air purifier system that I purchased from them and that they installed wasn’t working in January and have been given the runaround on service and now they won’t answer when I call are not returning calls or messages.I’ve been polite, patient, and understanding but they just don’t appear to be interested in honoring the warranty.
