I'm in the middle of a 12 week nutrition reset and I love it!! The support that Jen D provides is phenomenal. She truly cares and goes the extra mile to keep us motivated. I highly recommend her programs!

I was first introduced to instructor-led workouts by my amazing wife Beth. At the time, I was paying little attention to my physical well-being. Today, I can’t imagine life without them. I started at NV with the NV boot camp. I love the format and the design of the program. Jen and the coaches are amazing, knowledgeable and most importantly fun!! I added nutrition more recently which has really been a game changer. It is amazing how much nutrition plays a role in the progress you can make in the gym. 10 out of 10 recommend NV!!
