Nicole promised an elderly client, who could no longer drive himself, to go to his home to give him a haircut. She used to do this in the past with no problems. This elderly gentleman client was stood up by her twice! She never called to cancel and left him hanging. She never returned his calls or ever replied to his messages. Totally wrong! How do you do this Nicole? Don't you have a conscience? Is this how you treat the elderly, let alone your loyal clients? SHAME ON YOU!
