Ive had so many power outages and the cost is insanely high. As a first time home buyer I was disappointed with how little this company cares for its customers.
Lamest response to a critical report I just made about lights THAT ARE BURNT OUT, that are NV ENERGY'S RESPONSIBILITY, THAT THEY WANT ME TO GET NUMBERS OFF OF THE LIGHT POLES & GLASS , SO NV ENERGY CAN THEN GO LOOK AT IT! NOT MY JOB!!! AN ACCIDENT JUST HAPPENED (WINFIELD HILLS RD ROUNDABOUT) 2 NIGHTS AGO BECAUSE THE LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING AND THIS LAME COMPANY WON'T DO THEIR JOB TO INVESTIGATE!!!!
Transferred service to a new apartment. NV Energy claimed I failed to end service at my old place, even though I transferred service online. I spoke to them on the phone, they agreed with me that I did not live at the old address for a single day of the period I was charged, but are still charging me for a month at a vacant apartment. I even offered to show my lease terms, as I was not legally allowed into the building I was being charged for. They said they would give me 48 hours notice before they started working on a power pole in my backyard. Never got any notice. They just showed up at 8 am. Very unprofessional management. The workers are great, just feel fortunate I was off and able to unlock my gate. If I was working they would have broken through my gate to get to the power pole. I’ve had it happen to me before
