Customer service is a joke. I keep screenshotting and sending the issue I’m having with my bill and solar reading and always get the same automated reply about not being able to open attachments.

I am perplexed that my power went out at 11am and they keep pushing the time back hours after hours for it to be fixed. What about the food in my fridge! What about being at home when the sun goes down

This company is the worst on pricing. Always going up with no real explanation and bow the office is closed in Nevada causing customers to pay elsewhere and pay a additional 5 dollar processing fee. How is that fair??

This was my favorite place (self-kiosk) to pay my energy bill. I don't know what happened that they had to close temporarily. I Hope that they reopen soon.
