It is great having someone truly listen to what I wanted in a hairstyle, color and wash. Cynthia intently listened to my needs. I’ve only known Cynthia for a short while however, it seems like we’ve known each other for a long time. FYI, Cynthia loves Ginger Chews. :) Although the atmosphere of the salon isn’t that great Cynthia brings a ray of sunshine with her smile every time I see her. This is one of my top hair salons! They always do my hair just right! Best days to come is Mondays or Tuesdays in the morning around 11a!

First time I went last year the lady did a wonderful job I just recently went 7/10/25 5days ago short older lady with glasses she didn’t speak English I spoke into a translator and said blowout nothing else !! my hair has this egg smell so I washed it , my hair is damaged it has been chemically permed or relaxed I’ve been natural for 12 years . I didn’t not ask for anything but a blowout I’m highly upset , I will never be returning I’m in distress if your a woman of color stay away from there your hair will be ruined
