The professionals at NV Capital Corp. are top notch. I have learned about diversifying my portfolio through them, have seen many successes, and trust them as true professionals in their industry. I can't say enough good things about them!
These guys raise capital to fund hard money loans. Their "loans" however are speculative development deals when you examine the underwriting further. Once their borrower goes belly-up, the investor is stuck without payments and gets left in the dust. They aren't at risk because they get huge origination fees at funding. Be very careful, these guys especially Troy are very shady and go dark at the first sign of trouble! Avoid unless you have money to lose.
