NV Capital Corporation is the best! We have done several hard money loans with them and they are professional, understanding and easy to work with! And they are licensed! (I mention that because as a fellow licensed LO, its important to me that I work with licensed companies) Laine, John, Glen and Angela are the best! Can't say enough good things.
If I could give a half a star I would. This place is a joke and the guy answering the phone sounds like hes sleeping. If they work as fast as they talk no way are they ever gettiing anything done.
The old man that answered the phone was condescending and uninterested when I asked if they provide a pre-approval for a potential flip. Sighed yawned and nearly fell asleep on the phone. Rip off any way!!Don't use hard money!
