Sam at the Newport location is great, however communication not so great.
Nuzuna has been life changing for me! Before starting here I found myself unmotivated to work out which kept me from reaching my fitness goals and following a healthy workout routine. The classes offered at Nuzuna are difficult, yet extremely doable and accommodating. The trainers are very skilled and are willing to work with each person individually in order to set realistic fitness goals and aid in achieving them.
