The gym is wonderful .. my personal trainer is excellent and a good fit for me.
I started working out at Nuyu with Jenna at the start of the summer. At that point, I had barely ever picked up a dumbbell over 3 pounds and had dreaded every strength workout I ever forced myself to do. By the end of the summer, I was showing my friends videos of me deadlifting 45 pounds like a champ!
