When I arrived, I was excited because the lights and “open” sign were on, and it was already 30 minutes past their opening time. Unfortunately, the door was still locked and I had to wait about 10 minutes in my car before someone came to open it. Once inside, the lady who greeted me was very nice and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the selection was mostly braiding hair and crochet hair. The owner Charlene is so very very nice and very helpful as well every time I go into the store to get a few things I always end up being there for some extra time chit chatting with her. She's awesome

I've been to almost every beauty supply in Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania/Stafford and by far this is the best one especially thanks to the staff, both ladies were very friendly and helpful, I will always be a customer.
