I called Nuwest to have them quote and install a window for me. Their initial response was quick and they sent someone out to measure the window right away. This was on January 18th. Their guy measured the window on January 19th. I told him that I wasn't shopping it around, they were going to do the work, but I needed a quote so we could decide if we would go through insurance for the repair. Very rude staff. Had witnessed a reckless van driver of this company. I would have followed up the driver and have given him a lesson if you don’t approve reckless driving and rude behavior with others Attached the photo of the van!
