The 1m³ of sand looked fine. However, the 2m³ of drainage gravel appeared to be only about 1.25m³, not the full 2m³ I paid for. I mentioned this to the driver at the time, and he took photos to show to the office. I Then called the manager who loaded the materials. His response was basically, “It is what it is — our 2m³ looks like this.” That answer suggests to me that the measurement was not accurate. The customer service that Maddie provided at Nu Way Ormeau has to be highly commended. Her communication skills were excellent, keeping me informed and providing various quotes promptly. She went above and beyond to source stock from other locations in order to fulfil my order and had it available even earlier than expected. Thanks to Brett and his team for the skilled loading of mulch onto a trailer with a rooftop tent in the way!! Also thanks to old mate with the blower who got into the trailer and helped smooth everything out so the trailer was balanced. Good job team
