I went to order soil at Nuway Mango Hill and need more information. The customer service experience provided by Tony was very disappointing. He was very upset at me with my question and make me feel very bad. I've seen other people already review about customer service here with the same experience, and this still happens again and again. At earlier I just give the star without comment as Im not sure it will be improved or just waste my time to write the review.
They guys were helpful and did the Maths for me. Most appreciated and answered my questions. Obvious or not.
