I was extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Trish at Nuway Landscaping in Mango Hill. Not only was her attitude unprofessional and unhelpful, but she was also extremely condescending, making me feel as if I were stupid. This made an already frustrating experience even more difficult to tolerate. It’s evident that Trish would benefit greatly from additional training in customer service and attitude management. Got the premium soil. Had large pieces of glass, plastic and all other kinds of crap in it. Not very happy with the soil quality. I'd give you one star but the old fella delivering the dirt was a genuine good bloke.
