Driver was v helpful in placing hoop pine mulch, which looks good quality. Ordering process and communication also good.
Wayne from Nuway was great to deal with hard working honest bloke. Called before arrival as requested was a polite top bloke.
Terrible experience. I bought turf from Nu Way and the quality was nothing special, but the worst part was the service. Their forklift driver hit my vehicle while loading the turf, causing damage, and the manager Tim didn’t take proper responsibility. Completely unprofessional and careless. If this is how they treat customers, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
