I ordered an oem dipstick on June 3, I haven't got it yet, two weeks later. Talked to Nick, their customer service this morning, June 17, he said "It is in St. Paul Minnesota, are you close by?" Yeah, about 800 miles away! In Springfield, MO. He said he'd have to check on it and get back to me. I said please get back to me today. He said he would. That didn't happen. Ordered parts from here a couple of times. They have always been very helpful. Nick even double checked my parts to make sure they were the right ones for my boat. Only down side. I ordered a set of bait knives that was online. And when they were not in the package I called and was told they will just refund me for them because it was a mistake on their website and was not a 24 pk. And was only one. But even the picture showed the whole container of 24. I personally on the customer service side would have honored it because ... read more
