Had snapped the arm of my glasses off, took them in and they were replaced with new ones under warranty within 4 days. Great staff! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
I used to just go wherever for eye exams, usually stores in the mall and the exam would be 80% them trying to sell me glasses and 20% eye exam. Nuvue was totally different- they seemed more concerned about my vision and eye health. Everything was explained so well to me and it was easy to understand. I would highly recommend!
All of the staff here are lovely. The girl doing the tests before the doctor, I think her name was Ari. Was a breath of fresh air, polite, and knew her job very well. Thanks again!
