I'm new to Advanced lymphatic drainage massage and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. For years I've been told that I'm 'just lazy' and the tissue accumulating around my hips, thighs and buttocks was the result of poor diet and lack of exercise but unbeknownst to me I had issues with lymphatic drainage and the traditional lymphatic massage didn't shift it but this method has. I booked in after receiving my diagnosis of lymphoedema and lipodema and can tell things are shifting after only a small amount of time.
