I had a very unpleasant and shocking experience with a seamstress at this store. I paid in full upfront for 2 dresses, and I was promised alterations, which included shortening the dress. They reassured me multiple times that I would be given multiple opportunities to try the dress on and change anything I didn’t like, but after measuring me only once for alterations, they refused to do anything else. We came to get two dresses here, one for myself and one for my mom for a graduation event. They were nice initially and very helpful, and when we came to get measured for alterations, they assured us that if anything was not to our satisfaction, they would be able to alter the dresses again to fix what we didn’t like.
