I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nuvon’s Bridal. The staff were unprofessional and downright rude from the moment I walked in. They clearly do not know how to communicate with customers or make them feel welcome. Instead of helping and offering guidance, they made the process stressful and unpleasant. For something as special as a wedding, you’d expect kindness, patience, and professionalism — unfortunately, this place had none of that.
