Avoid this shop. My wife had a terrible experience purchasing and getting a wedding dress altered by this business. Her experience aligned with most of the other negative reviews that customers have been leaving for the past couple of years. Sales staff still clearly communicate that alterations are included in the purchase price. No caveats, no fine print. Clear examples of what alterations were covered are listed. I had an incredibly stressful and unprofessional experience here with subpar results. Please avoid this place if you don't want hidden costs or want to get your wedding dress in a timely manner. (Update after the wedding: First of all, during the wedding, the bustle DID NOT WORK, it kept falling with any movement, sitting or even walking. The dress was definitely too heavy for only two small hooks. BUYER BEWARE. This place is a huge scam. I had one of the most shocking and disappointing experiences ever at Nuvon. In April, I was with 3 girls when I went in originally to buy a bridesmaid dress. I was told that any dress could be ordered in any size and any colour and that it would be ordered to my exact measurement. The dress I ordered had a structured hem at the bottom, cups, and straps that came straight down the back and all of my measurements were taken by a staff member. Ming was incredible!! So helpful and I found my dream dress!! The process was super easy, they had a lot of selection, and Ming took such good care of us . I can't add a photo yet but I will update this review once I get married! Thank you Nuvon! ♥️
Ming was so helpful! She kept us in budget and her expertise made our experience lovely. I would recommend this place to all brides looking to say yes to the dress!
