Jia and James’s and their team were wonderful to work for. Unlike other companies, they really went to bat and were able to get that approval for a new roof that was warranted.
James and his team were wonderful. I really appreciated how responsive and hard working they were. James did an amazing job working with our insurance and he ensured that the work was well done. The team communicated with us throughout the entire process. Thank you for a job well done!
We're giving 5 stars to Nuvohaus,James and Reyna's crew because they made possible our new roof,many times people come to our house to offer something and we don't hear from them any more. But this time I was so surprised when James kept me updated right after he communicate with my insurance, he did everything, we did nothing and we even didn't pay a penny and now we're enjoying our new roof.
